At Moonglade Holistics, I understand that sometimes it's necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. This policy outlines our guidelines to ensure fairness and respect which will allow my small business to run smoothly so that I can continue to offer my clients affordable, high quality holistic therapies.

What is the timeframe required for cancellations or rescheduling?

To avoid any charges, clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to other clients. 

 

Are there exceptions to the cancellation policy?

Yes, I understand that emergencies can arise and I will always try to accomodate my clients as best as possible. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can't make your appointment.

 

How do you communicate the cancellation policy?

 It is available on Moonglade Holistics Facebook account Instagram account and website.  

 

What happens if I am late for my appointment? 

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may have to be shortened if I have another client booked in after you and full payment will be due. 

 

I may often have a little bit of time between appointments however that is needed for changing the sheets and blankets, setting up for the next treatment, washing equipment and filing paperwork. 

If I have an unexpected large gap in between clients I will happily allow the normal treatment time if you are late as long as it is not a regular occurrence. 

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Is there a charge for cancelling within the 48-hour window?

Yes, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a charge equivalent of half the price of the treatment. 

If you fail to show up or forget your appointment then full payment will be due as I will have travelled to the treatment room, set up for your treatment and had reserved the appointment just for you.

 

Unfortunately I still have to pay for the room rental and expenses even if clients don't turn up. 

 

What if Moonglade Holistics needs to cancel?

In the unlikely event that Moonglade Holistics needs to cancel your appointment, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling your appointment at no additional cost.
